Private sessions are designed to give the athlete 1 on 1 attention. The sessions last 30 minutes up to 1 hr in duration and are specific to gaps in the athlete that cant be addressed in a group environment.
The 1 on 1 sessions will typically involve some of the below.
1. General Analysis of based on request
2. Video or photo feedback after or during the session to help the athlete see technique or movement errors.
3. Individualized exercise drills and stretches are then provided to help the athlete improve.
Initial Session 90 min then adjusted after.

Follow up Sessions -
- 60 min session : $65
- 90 min session : $90
